Takes me back to my childhood!!Great taste, I drained them and then added malt vinegar just like I did growing up.PERFECTION!!!

Have never tasted cockles before this , and was nervous about the vinegar. But what a revelation!Before you rinse away this vinegar, strain the cockles through a fine mesh sieve into another container.Try hard to acclimate your tastebuds to the vinegar though, because it’s so good!If you can’t, get some Heinz 57 Cocktail Sauce, and add small amounts of the vinegar, a bit at a time, until you reach Nirvana. This suggestion is for Americans only, though. The British already know what a treasure they have here.I will never be without them again!

Packaging..one jar had to be thrown away as it leaked in packaging container..but other than delicious 😋

I read previous reviews stating that jars came seal broken. I decided to chance it.2 of the 3 jars ordered had a compromised seal so they had to be thrown out.This item is not returnable.Pay attention to these reviews.
