great fit
Fits my phone perfectly. It is not overly thick and I can fit it in a small phone carrying case I own.

Doesn't fit the Verizon UW phone.
I gave this 4 stars because for what it does actually fit it would be a good case. However, this doesn't fit the Verizon UW phones. It could have been made clear in the ad for the case and maybe it's updated now. I bought this for my dad months ago and he just told me that he had to "alter" the case to get it to line up with the fingerprint sensor. I figured I'd add my review to try and help someone else in the same situation. If you have the Verizon UW phone the only cases I've found that does actually fit is the one for purchase from Verizon or one from otterbox. Either way expect to spend $30-$40 to get a case for this phone or what my actual advice would be... buy a different phone.

Exactly what wanted
This case is great,had same brand for my Samsung A20. There a comment on here saying it thin and wont protect phone.... I will tell you I had my A20 for 3 yrs w this band n design of case so in 3 yrs it's been dropped more than a few times and my phone my A20 suffered NO DAMAGE. Only reason I bought the A23 is because I wanted a phone upgrade. Case worked perfectly as this one will as well. Can't comment on screen protector because I don't use them but I'm sure it's fine. Someone mentioned bubbles when they applied... I think that can happen w any screen protector. I believe it's just a skill you have to learn to put on and get no bubbles. I personally think the case is well worth the price without the screen protector and the company was being nice by including it.

Samsung A23 Phone case
Case fits well and has lasted 2years so far. Showed scratches but I don't care. Seems durable and will probably last awhile longer.

Easy to install
Easy to install, doesn't cover side buttons and make the phone difficult to use.

Flexible protection
The material is good and flexible but thick and has protected my phone whenever I've accidentally dropped it

Case won't work
Can't use side control tabs due to tab opening not being aligned with buttons..I had already put the screen protector on when I noticed the case would not work,there I can't return the item. The seller was very prompt in shipping the item.
