Works Well - Rich, Deep Color
Excellent product - I used on a leather steering wheel with a lot of wear. Completely covered the marrk and with some clear wax polish the wheel looks brand new.

great product.
So, I didn't even know a product like this existed. I completely ruined a pair of cherry Doc Martens by stripping the color with rubbing alcohol and was left with a really ugly pair of loafers in a weird reddish color. I used the stripper and then this dye in oxblood and they were restored! It took about 4 coats to get it to the color I wanted but you can't even tell they were ruined! It dries very fast so that you can re-coat quickly. It's pretty thin so you have to be careful with the included applicator to not apply to much or you will wind up with marks where the dye pools a bit. The applicator is also not very great for getting into the small cracks (like where the sole meets the upper shoe) but I just used a paint brush to get into those areas. Overall, I am super pleased with this product and it was suprisingly easy to do myself! I guess i should mention also too that I was expecting the color to be more of a reddish black but it has more of a brown tone.

Great for when your beige and tan bags need an upgrade!
Just follow the instructions and you'll get a beautiful and even finish that won't transfer when dry (in the balenciaga pic I obviously didn't buff enough the first time). My only complaint with Angelus brand dye is that the colors are often poorly named. For example, "turquoise" is very obviously teal even when it's in the bottle. I wish they'd revisit some of the color names and offered shades of green besides jade and Kelly green.

Intense Black-good coverage with one coat.
Super intense black. One soaked pass covered the red suede. I had an old bottle of a different brand and it left the red looking like burgundy. Unintended cool effect. But I went for the black with this second bottle here and it’s a really nice coverage. It definitely has an alcohol type formula, smells a bit intense at first. Drys in 24 hours, ready to seal with water proofing.

Wow!! The dye WORKS!...on everything.
This dye works! Does it work on leather shoes? I don't know! It definitely works on skin (which is leather I guess), tiles, stainless steel, kitchen sinks, walls, wood, dog bowls, and rolls and rolls and rolls of paper towels. I have a pair of navy blue pumas - my favorite shoes - that I've had for years. They've gotten pretty faded so I thought "hey! let me try to re-dye these! what could go wrong?" An exploding bottle could go wrong. An exploding bottle all over your kitchen. I was excited to get this product, and I opened the amazon package to see a nice little box. The box even has a little cut out area for you to put the bottle when you're using it to prevent spills. How thoughtful, I thought. Well I turn over the box to see what's written on the other side and the bottle leaps out of the box straight to the floor. Now, did I black out for a second? No, everything is blue. Navy blue. I didn't black out, everything is just now covered in dye. I see the bottle on the floor, the few drops of dye slowly dripping on the floor, and with haste I picked it up like that might help. No, no, no, that doesn't make a difference. So I grab paper towels and start wiping like a mad man, but it only gets worse! I made myself a human sized dying dauber and the blue just spreads and smears, no matter how many paper towels I use. I'll try bleach - that will at least stop the blue from spreading, but somehow it just changes the blue to a dark gray. I'm so confused, I just wipe the blue/gray around as my blue tears slowly roll down my blue face and my newly-blue clothes. Here's a short list of products that will not fade this dye: Alcohol, rubbing (although drinking alcohol will hopefully fade this from my brain) Stainless steel cleaner Stove cleaner Windex Grease Remover Paper Towels Sponges One product kind of changes it's color: Bleach 3-stars because clearly it works. I've never found the cap to the bottle. Maybe Angelus uses magic to keep the bottle closed during shipment. That's can't be right, then they could use magic to clean it up for me. The cap is definitely hiding from me on purpose. It's slowly dying something in the house, and is ready to haunt me in my dreams. If I ever see small navy blue circles in the house, I'll know it's still here.

It works well with good coverage, giving a really nice solid jade colour. It penetrates deeply and doesn't just scratch off so is very durable.. To apply I'd recommend thinning it with IPA and using a sponge, overall pretty easy to apply! Avoid using the provided wool daubers for larger panels, it'll cause you a headache

Super product, my shoes looks as good as new, i would wanna try the other products from this brand and the focus on detailing is commendable, they have made the package the stand for the bottle to avoid spillage, a simple yet thoughtful step towards customer satisfaction
