Plays CDs satisfactorily.
I've had this about a year or so. Use it for a day every two weeks when it's time for yardwork. Can't say about AM or cassette tape function, but the FM works fine and it plays CDs fine, whether it's 50 degrees or 90 degrees out. Stays stored in the attached garage in the meantime, and doesn't seem the worse for it.

Retro
Functions as it should. Good speakers. I gave it a 4 because the electrical cord is very short.

Poor packaging
I am giving only 3 stars because of the packaging. It comes in the manufacturer thin cardboard box. The box was damaged, ripped, and open. Thankfully the manufacturer packed it well with styrofoam. Unfortunately my husband found out what his birthday gift was early. The product is attractive and works well.

It worked!
It took me a while to get it to work because I didn’t read the instructions. I bought it because I have a lot of audio tapes and I need to listen to them again.

Blueetooth does not work and box comes as it been opened before
I actually got this beautiful radio as a gift. My friends got me the green one and i believe when i say its a beautiful machine, but the bluetooth just didn't work. I used many types of phones to see if it would connect but it doesn't show up at all. I've used an iPhone 15, iPhone 11, Samsung s8, iPhone 8, and even my desktop. The radio didn't show up in any of them. I also noticed before I opened it seems like the box was already open once, there was no tape of glue holding the box shut only the little latch, and the plastic holding the wires was already open in one side. I then asked my friend if he could return and try another one as it could be a bad unit. Well to my surprise is the exact same thing for this one. This time I got a black one and the same issues as the first no Bluetooth connectivity, the box seemed even more open than the last one, and it was damaged. Overall very disappointed what is the point of buying a product new at full price, if you gonna send a used one, sounds like a scam to me. I would steer away from this radio, definitely a disappointment.

Awkward controls. Can't connect to Bluetooth
This is an odd one.- To start with, the handle does not go up fully vertical, so it remains slightly angled at the highest point.- You have to hold power button for it to turn on - unusual.- You have to switch output mode - else you won't hear any sound from another source. Usually that is automatic, at least for CD and tape, which have separate controls.- Everything is using buttons, which are fairly loud when you push them. Even volume, although it does work when you push and hold.- Tape controls are reversed, as many pointed out. Maybe because the cassette is loaded upside-down. Takes some getting used to for those, who had those cassette players for years.- No auto-reverse cassette. You have to take it out, turn, and replaceWorst: I could not connect to bluetooth. It does not show up in the available devices. I'll try with other phones, and if it doesn't work, this thing goes back. The sound seems fine. FM radio works very well. CD sound is good too, and so is tape. The look is interesting. I don't like the awkward plastic buttons for everything. There's no description for "phone" jack hole. Seems like another AUX, but I don't see the mode for it.
