The Best!!
The absolute best organic hard white wheat berry’s we’ve found for the price. This makes a delicious light bread. We normally order directly from the farm but sometimes they’re out of stock and the price here on Amazon is usually comparable. It is always fresh, dry, and delicious. We also boil these and add these to our morning oatmeal!

Fresh and Consistent ~ Excellent Flavor!
Naturally Blond and Excellent amount of Gluten! This makes very nice bread. I ground 3 pounds last night and made 4 loaves today ~ excellent consistency and color as well as elasticity and, of course, flavor. I will buy again. Yes, it is pricy, but you are definitely getting what you pay for here. The wheat berries were a nice golden blond color (no bitter tannins like the Hard Red Winter Wheat has) and WOW! CLEAN! I have ordered organic and non-organic wheat berries to mill into flour for my breads for decades and I can honestly say I have never seen wheat this constant in size and color or wheat this clean. BEAUTIFUL! If you are a bread baker, treat yourself: this is the grain you have been dreaming about. I will buy again! Great product and delicious. Highly recommend for anyone who grinds their own wheat berries. I use this with Einkorn and spring red wheat. Makes an amazing and hearty bread.
