I see questions here about ingredients so I have scanned the label and uploaded photos along with this review. I also scanned the bottom and side panel from the master carton these come in and have uploaded those images as well. I like these well enough to have set up a Subscribe & Save subscription for monthly delivery. My only advice is just to be careful about ordering in warmer months because these have a chocolate base that can become a melted mess. These ship with cold packs in the master box during warm weather; just make sure that once delivered you get them in the house or a cool environment as soon as possible to avoid a potential mess.

These are very tasty and satisfy my sweet tooth. Decided not to snack on chips or candy at work anymore. Many of these so called granola bars contain just as much sugar as a candy bar. Or the contain so many artificial ingredients, it's probably better to eat candy. These are kind of pricey, but worth it, IMO. No artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners. Non GMO. Great for those work days when I have several meetings to attend and need to eat a little something to get me through the day. Buying the single bars is so much more expensive, so I'm buying them on Amazon from now on. I've shared with colleagues, and now they are ordering these too! Peach & Cherry Almond Dark Chocolate is my favorite.

I’m in sales and practically live out of my car. I subside on a steady diet of granola bars because I don’t often have time for lunch, so I munch on granola bars.So, I guess you can call me a bit of a granola connessur.Man I’m glad I stumbled across these. The experience is perfect.Crunchy - these are light and airy. They boast an incredibly satisfying crunch. Not rock hard crusty, but a light crisp... like rice crispies.Sweet - but not oozing with sugar. Just a pleasant sweetness agreeable to everyone.Chocolatey - Fantastic dark chocolate to add a delectable finishing touch that is a treat and keeps you coming back for more.See? It’s the perfect the granola bar.

Expressive words fail me. So very good, especially if you chill them in the refrigerator. This particular combination of fruit and nuts can not be beat, at least not in my opinion. But as I always say, personal tastes do vary so this review is what it is. But I know for a fact that I will be stocking up on these little gems because you get such a great treat in those 4 little portions per package. I did not think that I would enjoy something "healthy" which is also full of flavor. Most times you get one without the other. Some may say it has a lot of sugar in the total bar but it is less than half the amount of sugar that you would find in any flavored yogurt product on the market. I would rather skip the dairy and eat a goodnessKNOWS bar. I bought the single box with 12 bars so I could try it without really spending too much money. Now I know why these are also selling in bulk shipments, They are totally worth getting them while you can. i didn't want to leave a review for fear that the public would run to get these but really, when you find foods that delight your taste buds, you want to share that delight with others.

I first tried the Goodnessknows bars on vacation and was really surprised how much I liked them, especially since I'm not normally a fan of almonds. Well I ended up ordering the Apple Almond Peanut and Dark Chocolate bars at 3am one night because I was hungry and thought it might be a good idea to order snacks on Amazon immediately. Morning came around and I got a notification on my phone saying my package had shipped, which was a fun surprise since I had forgotten already. Two days later they arrived on my porch and I am not disappointed. I think I ate most of the bars the first week I got them, that's how tasty these are. Really love the dried apple and dark chocolate together. The flavors really compliment each other. It makes for a nice healthier snack option than other foods I usually go for. On a side note, they were also packaged with a cooler pack since the weather is warm right now.

“WOW” I am not on a diet per se, but I have made a lifestyle change to include better foods. I happened upon these goodness knows bars after typing healthy snack into the search. I read the ingredients, took note of the caloric intake, realized these bars could be a part of my diet so I ordered them, not expecting much!! BOY was I wrong!! The peanut butter ones and the mixed berry/almond bars completely satisfy my cravings for something sweet!! I am more than ok with that!! I recommend highly and parents I even believe your kids will eat these too!!!

I have no words.Okay, here are some words. These bars are so ridiculously tasty. I couldn't even believe how good they were. I think I ate three in a row...before the hike started. We demolished the box during the road trip, and I still look sadly into my hiking bag in case I somehow left one there. The chocolate and blueberry flavor was so perfectly melded and the almonds added a great texture. Probably my favorite bar out there (except for maybe mint chocolate Cliff bars...I'll have to do more research heh heh).

These are delicious and addictive. I used to buy these one by one at a store, but it’s so much more convenient to buy them by the box. And cheaper.I find them very satisfying. There are four squares in each pack, but I usually only eat two at a time.My latest box purchase was in warm weather, and it came in an insulated box with cold pack.
