I’ve been using the Philips Bottom Load Water Dispenser (Model ADD4972BKS/56) for a while now, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. Leaking
We bought this product for project and at the completion we installed the product and it is leaking. Because of that we couldn't use yet.

Works well
Noisy but only when dispensing water, otherwise quiet. Hot, cold and room temp water. Water filter can easily change. Bought one year ago and still works no problem.

Water flows continuously
Water would not shut off, even after the cold water tap was released. Had to switch off the electric point to stop the water flow. This happened within the first month of use. Will now have to send it back The warranty guys came over and found that the cold water pipe had become loose. There is no more leak, but you have to question the quality control, as I bought it because it is a reputed brand

Poor quality!
I bought this because I believed Philips had high quality standards. Unfortunately, this is the worst water dispenser I’ve ever bought over the past decade. Gets air locked every few hours, nearly impossible to clean the filter following the instructions in the manual, and difficult to insert the inlet in the water bottle. Waste of money for me and I’m looking to buy another one now - definitely another brand!
