I have a rzr 800 mine keep overheating from the stock radiator. This set up helped so much I haven’t overheated one time since I made the upgrade. U can’t beat the setup for the price. I havent had one issue

Little bit bigger then the factory one of course had to do some adjustments but not much

I like the larger capacity. The studs didn’t come with lock nuts to hold fan on. Everything is very close to matching up to factory, just not quite. With a little adjustment it mounts up. The little line on top right is larger than the factory. You will have to get a 3/8 hose to replace it with. Had to trim a tiny bit off of hood also. All the cons still don’t add up to enough to not buy this for the benefit you will gain with the increased capacity. My opinion only.

This will fit. I’ve put about an hour into modifying some exciting brackets to make this fit. Also it does not come with the rubber grommets for the top and it doesn’t come with nuts for the fan shroud studs. OEM used bolts not studs for the fan shroud. Also my fan shroud needed the holes opened up a little to fit the studs on the new radiator.
