My reviews on Amazon tend to be very matter-of-fact, and I try to address the issues that other people complain about. But for this product, that won't be the case - this is, simply put, a MUST buy for anyone with a pressure washer. I finally was able to get my gas power washer that was purchased about a month ago working, and I figured out the quirks - like when its' built up enough pressure, what sounds are normal/abnormal, and how to get it starting up without an issue each time. Once I overcame these issues, I set out to clean my driveway and sidewalk which were last professionally power washed last year, and I am VERY glad I bought this - it cut down the time probably more than half compared to using a nozzle alone. Assembly was super simple - connect BOTH of the wands provided to extend the length, then connect it to the quick-connect end of your pressure washer wand/gun. If you have a longer pressure washer wand/gun, you might be able to get away with just using 1 of the provided wands. The other parts provided are well-packaged in blister packaging, making it easy to keep them together. Operation was dead simple - turn on the pressure washer & water, squeeze the trigger, and let 'er rip. I was absolutely amazed by how much area I was able to cover and just HOW much dirt came up. This is my first time ever pressure washing, and now I'm hooked. I did have a few scary moments where the pressure, combined with a not-perfectly-flat angle caused the surface cleaner to flip, but luckily I was able to stop pulling the trigger so the jets didn't spray me or anyone nearby. This happened when trying to wash the edge of the driveway where it dips into the street, so just be careful with any type of sloped/curved surface, and stick to only flat surfaces to be on the safe side. It comes with multiple 0 degree tips, but I didn't end up using any of them. I did go back over a few areas with a 15 degree tip and used the wide-spray tip to help wash down the dirt that kept backwashing, but that was likely due to it being my first time power washing and not being as efficient as I could be. Now that I've bought the right tool for the job, I plan to do at least a bi-annual cleaning to help keep everything looking clean. I'm not concerned this will damage the concrete as long as you keep it moving, and I found making overlapping passes to be the best strategy for covering the most area in the least time. I'll buy this, or a larger one, again in case this one is ever non functional. Storage for me won't be an issue as I plan to 3D print a mounting bracket to hang it up flat against my garage wall.

Works very well!! The areas I power-washed had a lot of moss build up due to years of negligence, this cleaner held up pretty nice for hours of working and scrubbing over thick muddy/moss covered spots. It saved me a lot of time and my back/arms if I had done the cleaning with just a regular power washer nozzle. The tool is well made and worth the money. I highly recommend it.

I had a cheap plastic surface cleaner I used with my cheap ($60 clearance at the orange store 15 years ago) low powered (1750 PSI) electric pressure washer, and it worked. Not great, but OK for light cleaning. So, when I bought a new gas pressure washer (3400 PSI), I knew I needed a new surface cleaner. This Janz is amazing. All stainless steel and ball bearings. Heavy, very well made, and also comes with replacement wear parts (surface spray nozzles), and a few additional spray nozzles. This cleaner just works. An amazing time saver over just spraying with nozzles or a rotating "turbo" nozzle. The only thing I would different is to consider a slightly larger cleaner.

This thing made my life a lot easier. if you're doing flat surface work (patio, walkway, driveway, etc.) then having one of these cleaners is a no-brainer and I strongly recommend it. Note that the machine itself is 14" wide, but It is a 12" cleaning path. This is pretty typical in this price range. This particular cleaner is pretty good and has worked well for me. it does a good, consistent job and doesn't skip or slow down or stop spinning. The included lances for extension are sturdy and work well and are useful even with other tools. The included accessories (spare nozzles, etc.) are nice to have. My only complaint is that using the lance itself to push it along by the fitting seems like a weak design and it can wobble a bit. The machine itself is very stout and seems to be quite well built. I expect to get a lot of life out of it. The wheels are pretty good though the wheels can bind up and fight you if you're in an area with poor drainage and the water level is too high. No big deal.

Overall construction is well built. The wheels are high quality and swivel very smoothly. The product does come with replacement jets and other parts. Assembly was very easy and straightforward. It came with instructions but they were not needed. You will need a 1/2 wrench to tigten the pressure hose to the base. I was using a 3400psi pressure washer on a very soiled driveway without any cleaner and the product did a nice job . I had to work slower on the heavy soiled areas and passed over the same path several times but it was still much easier and faster than using a wand. Please be sure you need a cleaner this large it does take some room to store due to its size.

This little guys does an amazing job! You can swipe side to side or straight up and down like a vacuum cleaner. Not only is it lightweight to maneuver, but it keeps the water from spraying areas that you may not want to get wet, as it has a small brush area around the perimeter to contain the water. Can’t say enough good about it, did a great job on our filthy driveway in much less time than using the regular pressure washer wand. Do yourself a favor and spend the money, you won’t regret the purchase and it’s small enough to store easily. Also comes with several attachments, but haven’t used them yet. Im an old lady and did job by myself, if that helps anyone out.

Works incredibly well. Very easy to use. Make quick easy work doing our driveways.
