After my initial review below, I wrote the company one last time to let them know of my one star review. At that point, they responded, apologized, and honored the warranty by sending a new umbrella. I raised my rating some but couldn't justify too high based on the amount of time to get a replacement.A fiberglass rib of this umbrella broke at the joint where it connects to the inner portion a little over a month from delivery. This was clearly a defect at one of the weak points. I contacted the manufacturer (Activam) as the product description clearly states the product comes with a warranty for refund or replacement. The company emailed back quickly and asked which I prefer. I asked for a replacement and supplied my mailing address as requested. A month later and no umbrella. I emailed again in case something had happened and heard nothing. So as of now, I have a umbrella that barely lasted a month (and only two uses) which is the shortest I've ever had an umbrella last. Also, part of the product is the warranty, which doesn't seem to be accurate as of this writing.

I ordered this umbrella at the beginning of the year, and I loved it. It was durable, convenient, and it worked really well in the winds. I purchased it to use on campus, walking from class to class because it rains a lot where I live. Unfortunately, I lost the umbrella. I ordered the same one and received a different product. The new one is flimsy, much smaller, and incredibly difficult to open and close. I contacted the seller and received an automated message in return. Super unhappy with this product. I wish I hadn't used it in the rain(like you do when you have an umbrella) so I could have returned it, but I would recommend against this product.

I absolutely LOVE this umbrella!! It is amazingly strong and durable. I live in Texas where the weather can be unpredictable, and the design of this umbrella great - it is compact (so it is easy to carry with me where ever I go), it is strong to handle fierce winds and rain, and it is easy to open and close quickly! Also, I love the handle which is easy to grip in wet weather. I have bought two of these umbrellas!!

I really love this umbrella! Excellent quality! We usually go through umbrellas rather quickly as the ones we have purchased before were not made as durable as they should be... this one I am quite certain will be around for quite a while. You can feel the difference as soon as you take it out of the package, super comfortable handle and easy push button. Great Purchase!

This umbrella is different from any other I have ever bought. Usually, an umbrella lasts for a couple of months and then breaks. Not this one!!! This is a super high-quality product. I seriously recommend it.

Extra umbrella for the cars. Nice, light and compact with the easy open easy close feature which is so handy. Haven't used it much so can not comment on durability. Seems to be made well.

This is probably the hardest umbrella to close. I have to use both hands and jam it to floor for it to be able to snap close. However, it does open pretty easily and is pretty sturdy.
