Works until they don't!
I have to replace about every 6 months! Works great for my needs and then Breaks!!! Poor Quality for a commercial product!

One week in and handle gets stuck
Sturdy but the dial gets stuck halfway and we have to lift it up to get the door to lock.

Have these installed in a high volume restaurant and they have held up well.

Bought 6 Locks - Every single locks failed within 60 days.
This is not a durable product. It is a nice looking lock, but every single lock (6) we purchased failed within 60 days.Do not waste your money.

Take apart before assembly to the door. Some parts are very tight.

Installed and already broke. Doesn’t come with a good key to unlock it if you accidentally lock yourself out of the room.

Not very sturdy and paint started coming off after 1 day, handle is now facing the floor, something must've snapped inside
