Appears to be DLC coated, plenty sharp, comfortable handles, and offers good leverage for heavy cutting. very pleased.

I am extremely disappointed in these kitchen scissors. They are supposed to be high-quality and expensive, but after just a few uses they have already become rusty. I have been careful to wash them by hand and dry them quickly, but the rust has still formed. These scissors are a complete waste of money and I would not recommend them to anyone. Avoid these faulty and poorly-made scissors at all costs.

I own many knives and shears. I absolutely love sharpening using different grits of stones. These shears are unbelievable. From their slightly serrated edges to their light weight, they cut through rubbery skin as well as most medium size bones. They are a joy when working on lobster and Dungeness crabs. They are also easy to take apart and clean. Lastly, they just look great hanging with my Maglio MagnaCut handmade kitchen knives.
