the rice flakes and their texture and colour turns out very well. but for my taste, sugar was excess. not that bad like other brands but still excess. It would've been good to pvovide sugar separetely so it could be added according t o taste. even the milk solids were a bit excess in my opinion. you can use it with toned milk. I used it with 4% fat milk and the end result was like little added milkmaid. not too much, but it still felt like milkmaid. if you're using full cream milk, it will get very very creamy. next time i am going to filter and remove the sugar and add less quantity and also remove a bit of the milk solids.
