So expensive but so good
This has made a difference in my bone density, at least according to the bone mass reading on my Ozeri scale. I also take some other calcium supplements, but Ostinol is the most important one by far. Can't wait to show my GP that it is possible to improve a bone density test score!

No apparent benefit noticed
This supplement is very expensive to keep taking to ascertain if any improvement might be coming. We took it for a month or until gone. Neither of us noticed anything different. If it were priced like most supplements, we might be willing to try for a year and then see if there was any benefit. But at this price, its just out of reach for most people like us.
