Excellent kitchen from veggies to steak and chicken. This will sliced through it like butter
This is the lowest cost I’ve seen of this blade. Honestly, if it cost $10 more I’d still buy it it’s beautiful craftsmanship is awesome! And the blade is not loose enough to just fall out as a foldable but once you barely get it started you with your thumb flip it and it locks very solid. You think you have this little bit loose blade and that locks in the place and it’s rocksolid! It is beautiful. It is one of two plates that I carry a foldable scalpel in my kitchen knife granite in California if you’re caught, caring, a knife, that large folded or in a case you can get in pretty big trouble because the blade is longer than 3 inches, I don’t know who came up with that rule that’s dumb. I learned how to use a knife in the Marine Corps and my ET see flip scalpel is the most dangerous. I feel like Carrie Alex Ma, a 1 inch blade. It is scalpel sharp. it will cut your skin and bone With use heading to arteries be a breeze For self protection. Larger knife. All you have to do is be holding it and it’s jail time. A man who worked for me, had a couple of drinks and got into an altercation who is threatening to hurt his wife, and so he broke out a small knife legal in California and threaten them with it sent him to jail for four years and he cut anybody he didn’t hurt anybody since he pulled it out, it was considered attempted murder, no your laws within your state within your city. Only if someone pulls out a knife first and threatens to cut someone goes after you with that knife that you’re allowed to pull your knife out and defend yourself. The big blade of this knife feels very comfortable in my hand or use it to cut all types of foods with it when I’m done I wash the blade clean it and dry it thoroughly and then I’ll use it to eat my dinner with as well. Is the first night that was so sharp that I cut through paper thin wrapper it was around my breakfast burrito like it was not even there and I cut it on top of a paper plate and I give it just enough pressure to cut it all the way down to the last sheet wrapped my burrito. I always cut it in half because it’s enough for two meals. Lol I thoroughly enjoy the knife! It’s not too heavy it’s not too light, it’s just right

Best knife I have bought in a long time. Super sharp
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this knife but wow it’s amazing. Super sharp so be careful with it. It is also nice sized and fits in your hand well. I use it a lot for all different types of things like camping or just opening an amazing package. Well made and great construction. I love the way it looks also. The grip on it is nice. If your looking for a good all around knife this is it

Very Pleasantly Suprised by the Quality, Value and Beauty of the Knife.
I was very surprised by the quality of this folding knife. It felt extremely solid, was very sharp out of the box and seems to be extremely well made. I am fairly shocked by the value and this knife is more than what I expected. The only knitpicky think I'll mention is that it is a bit heavier than I thought, but really not a dealbreaker at all. I would order again regardless of the weight. It seems to be a very well made product with good QC.

It's okay for what it is
It's a nice large foldable knife. I can't call it a chefs knife though. It's ergonomics don't work at all for slicing/dicing/chopping anything. But it does get the job done, and folds up for safe transport, and it's sharp.

Razor Sharp!!
I tested it on a tomato. The sharpest knife I’ve ever used! Sliced cleanly and thin slices impossible with my usual kitchen knives. WOW!!😮

Very sharp, but not good as a travel kitchen knife. Uncomfortable, not well thought out design.
Cool looking and very sharp, but with some significant downsides. First of all, it's much too heavy for long distance backpacking, and I've found that I really don't need such a large knife (4 inches with a lightweight plastic handle, throw away cheap, and sharp enough is perfectly fine for camping, IMHO.) As a food prep knife, I was expecting it to be big, but the poor design erases much of the benefits of size. The long, narrow blade is akin to a bread or filet knife, which is not ideal for slicing vegetables or chopping. Your knuckles will smack the board or table far too often, unless you elevate and only use the outer edge of the cutting board. As others have mentioned, the hard, squarish handle is too uncomfortable for prolonged use. Also, it's too unwieldy to be a paring knife, and you'll be painfully reminded that it's extremely sharp if you're not careful. I'm glad I didn't spend very much for this unsatisfactory item, for which I don't really have a use. There's more to a good knife than just a sharp edge, after all. An offset blade folder should be much more enjoyable as a travel food knife, but the ones I've seen tend to cost at least 2X more.
