Used to fix my Rug Doctor upright
The pump on my Rug Doctor Flex vacuum stopped working and this seemed to be a direct replacement. It wasn't, there was some modification needed - primarily to the output valves which are a narrower diameter than the original part. You may therefore need to do what I did, which was to use some more narrow tubing as a sleeve to fit the pump's connector, and then the original vacuum tube over the top of that.Overall it works OK, I don't know if it's as powerful as the original part - but I'm just happy to have the machine back working again.
