48V 60V 72V to 12V 20A Buck Converter 240W Step Down DC to DC Converter Transformer Reducer for Golf CART Scooters & Bicycles

Wasn't sure when I bought it, but now more than a year later, this is still working great on my golf cart.

Works great with 108v (126v fully charged) battery, to convert to 12v for lights and cooling pump.

This item is rated for 20 amps with up to 90 DC volts. I have been operating this for converting voltages from a Solar Panel with a voltage output of 80 Volts and 10 amps, yet it has failed sometime in the past 2 weeks. Temperatures in the garage where it is located have not been more than 80 F, so I do not understand why early failure of this device. I contacted Amazon, but the warranty information says to contact the seller, or manufacturer, which I have been unable to do so far. Not really sure about the water resistance, it is located indoors away from water, so I gave it an average rating there.Update: seller offered a refund, but when I answered, no refund was made. Amazon has closed Return or Replace windows on this product. I would appreciate if seller made good on offer, and would then update my review.

Right now I'm just confused because the cover mentions a Blue wire but there is no blue wire, only a green one, which I assume is the key switch input. But, the Blue wire is supposedly the negative output so I really hope I don't end up connecting an input to an output.Also, there was a pigtail mentioned but mine didn't come with a pigtail but a plug that fits the end of the wire protruding from the case and the user has to assemble it.

Works well, not many on the market offer such a high voltage range

The first unit I received was defective and returned. The replacement works great. I am using a 80v Kobalt weedeater battery to power my 12v deisel shop heater with a 10 amp draw.works great

Yes, it is cheap. But it works. The efficiency is high (90+%). Cooling is good enough. I've tested it for 120V input voltage with no issue at all. No need to buy anything more expensive. Great for a DIY project.

The media could not be loaded. It doesn't work. It's glued together scrap metal. This is what I got. It's something that is close to the picture but functionality is verry diffrent no broken circuits. Please for go's sake upload more detailed install instructions if your this inconsistent. I can't use this without risking frying it I have Ben looking into this thing for months no manufacturers specs no wire diagram no nothing except the poorly labeled and inconsistent pictures that do not match the description or product I received and this is starting to be verry comin with Amazon. Please reach out if im doing anything wrong
