These knives are fantastic! They’re incredibly sharp and cut through food effortlessly. I love that they’re lightweight enough to handle easily, but still have enough weight to feel sturdy and well-balanced. Great quality and a joy to use in the kitchen.

Good steak knives. Handles should be a bit thicker. Bought them as replacements because somehow three out of my six steak knives disappeared. Must be the people that I’m living with.

This set of knives works very well and is an excellent value for the money and the Cuisinart brand. They are extremely sharp and work great for steaks, chops, etc. The blades are also very stiff and sturdy, wth riveted tangs that go all the way through the handle, so very high quality construction. I have been putting them in the dishwasher with no ill effects as far as I can see. I definitely can recommend these if you are looking for some decent steak knives, not sure why you would need to spend any more.
