Easy door maintenance
This is a must for anyone that has to replace a door hinge. This makes it effortless to lift the door. It does not damage the door. You will still need another person to step on the tool but it is so much easier.

Useful
This is a nice little addition to my toolbox even if it won't get a lot of use because of is specific functionality. In the right situation it can make lining up hinges when re-hanging a door much less of a headache. Ultimately I wish it had a little more lift but it's adequate for most situations and well balanced for its intended use. Could be handy setting/leveling base cabinets too but haven't tried it on that yet.
