Snagged this on sale. 100% worth it. Drilling holes for the feet, which the delivery people would not do, was fankly a PITA, and the fact that the cushions slide out (maybe I'll add some velcro strips...) allllll the time is also a PITA. However! Having just moved, I was not in the market for a higher-end couch, so. This is super comfortable, the fabric has stood up to my dog launching herself off it at the window every time the mail carrier or a neighbor with a dog walks past, and it feels pretty sturdy overall. I did, because of other reviewers saying their couch arrived damaged, pay the $30 for the deluxe setup so that the delivery guys would take the packaging if the couch was undamaged and the couch itself if it did turn out to be broken. It was in perfect condition, but it was also worth it to not have to get rid of the giant box, lol (also the delivery guys were pretty great, very polite, brought the couch exactly where I asked, and were also extremely polite about telling me that no, they would not drill holes for the feet even if I handed them a drill). The fabric doesn't really feel like leather but it doesn't quite feel like fabric either. Somewhere in between. I like it. I love how it looks, as well, with the distressed leather pattern. I am quite satisfed.

The sofa is very comfortable to sit on. It's a little low, but that's a me thing due to arthritis and was easily solved with a set of furniture risers. The back and arms are luxuriously padded, and the angle of the back provides very nice support. The seat cushions are at the perfect juncture of firm and soft, and are deep and very supportive. The faux leather has a very nice feeling and texture—buttery soft. I wasn't sure about the color when I bought it, but it's a deep and very warm gray. There is no smell. It's a solid piece of furniture of sufficient weight that it's not going to shift around with use. My one quibble is with assembly: the holes for the feet were not pre drilled, so we had to use a lot of force with a screwdriver in order to get the feet screwed on. The screws sit very deep in the feet, so it was difficult to get the screws through the holes and to keep them on the screwdriver. A couple times, we came close to stripping the heads of the screws and there were no extras provided just in case. If you order this sofa, you might want to have a power drill on standby. But overall it's a lovely and very comfortable couch, and I would buy it again.

Bought this sofa a year ago and still love it! Love the grey color, and love the quality of this sofa. I have 3 dogs, and 4 cats and this sofa is still in perfect condition. The pets jump on and off it constantly though we have tried to keep them off it. There is no wear or damage from the pets, no scratches, no tears, no discoloration. My old dog, 100+ lb lab drools badly and has health issues and finds the sofa to be her favorite comfortable spot. I am very pleased with how this sofa cleans up easily and very nicely. This is the first sofa we have bought that my pets have not damaged or stained. Will be buying the loveseat and recliner very soon.

Ok, so I just got the couch today, I love the cushy comfort when I laid on it. My husband and I are over 65 so it was a little hard maneuvering the couch, but we finally got it done. It's very comfortable. I was very surprised at the quality of the couch for the price. If I have any further comments later, I'll add to this...C. Smith, Edgewater, FL Since I've had this couch a while, I thought I would update my previous comments. There is one definite down side of this couch. You have to tuck the cushions back in daily. As you sit on it, they slide forward. Annoying. Also, to me, the fabric feels hot. My husband says it doesn't to him, but he's never sat on it long. I guess, for the price, I can't complain too much though. It still looks good and sits good.

It’s a pretty and comfortable to sit on. But, if you have a small dog cat etc, the nails WILL go through the fabric!! I bought two fuzzy couch covers. One to use when the other is in the wash. Only covers the 3 cushions and a little tuck.

This couch was great for the first month we had it. Very comfortable and easy to use and keep clean for a family of 4, but that quickly changed. Before our second month of owning this couch was done it was literally in pieces. My 60 pound son jumped forcefully onto the couch and we heard a loud "crack" like the frame was splitting. I took the cushions off to look but I didn't see any damage, so we shrugged it off. Later that week while my husband and I were sitting on it at the same time the couch completely collapsed. This time when we took the cushions off and ALSO removed the cloth covering that the cushions sit on top of we could see that the couch was only being held together by glue. No screws, no nails, not even staples. Just glue. Save your money

Looks nice, and pretty good in terms of being comfortable - but the pillows constantly slide out and have to be pushed back in. I needed something quick and affordable, but wouldn't purchase again.
