Really nice quality MCT oil on n a glass bottle. No taste or smell so can be added to anything. Great energy booster and for brain health. Easy to pour from bottle without spills, definitely recommend.

If you're looking to burn fat, this is the best I've used over several years. I have 15ml in a strong black coffee before gym first thing in the morning and it is ridiculous how much I sweat using this! great for energy, I use it while Intermittent fasting and gets me through a busy working day. Getting back into use of MCT. I was previously using the C8/C10, but thought I would try this for a change. I think it mixes better, and tastes more neutral than the C8/C10. Also the label claims this is 98% C8 vs 60% C8 in the blue bottle. I put 1 teaspoon of product into instant coffee at breakfast. Have cut out bread almost completely, just eating 'thins' now. I try not to eat much before lunchtime, but do have the odd biscuit or cereal bar with elevensies. Worth a try for anyone who is stuck YoYo dieting. Id be surprised if this doesn't start shifting fat from your body. Of course balanced diet and cutting down additional sugar is still needed! The built in spout means no spills, and no drips down the bottle. My only comment is the price. I fully understand inflation... Perhaps they can develop a super-concentrate product with 150% C8 in the same bottle to reduce packaging and shipping costs?
