Great sweet little treat for a fitness freak!!! ;)
As someone who has always loved marshmallows but needed to reduce my sugar intake, I was a bit hesitant to try La Nouba's Sugar-Free Marshmallows. But I'm glad I took the leap and bought this 2-pack value set, because these marshmallows have exceeded my expectations!Firstly, the taste is incredible. These marshmallows are soft, fluffy, and have that perfect hint of sweetness without the sugar. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they taste just as good as, if not better than, traditional sugar-laden marshmallows.Another great aspect of these marshmallows is that they're fat-free and gluten-free, making them a guilt-free treat for those with dietary restrictions. As someone who wants to stay conscious of my health and diet, this is a huge plus.I've used these marshmallows in various ways - from roasting them over a campfire to making s'mores, and even adding them to my hot chocolate. They melt beautifully and maintain their delightful flavor in each scenario. The 5.4 oz. size is generous, and since this is a 2-pack, it lasts me a good while. I find the value for the price to be excellent, especially considering the quality and taste of these marshmallows. In summary, La Nouba's Sugar-Free Marshmallows have quickly become a staple in my pantry. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a delicious, sugar-free treat that doesn't compromise on flavor or texture. Give them a try - I promise you won't be disappointed!

Nice flavor, decent texture.
For a sugar-free marshmallow, these have a nice flavor (although rather plain and mild) and the texture is what I remember for marshmallows (although maybe slightly more stiff). They are quite good when coated in chocolate or sliced and added to peanut butter, or whatever you enjoy marshmallows with. If you microwave them they do melt, but be VERY careful as they can burn very fast. I would not recommend trying to toast them or roast them, as that didn't seem to work very well (due to the fast burn, so you can't have them in the heat for too long). Note that there are not too many marshmallows in each bag -- approximately 10-11 per 2.7oz. Once you open the bag, they start going stale (getting stiffer) pretty fast, so make sure to transfer any uneaten to a resealable container. And always, as these are sugar-free, some people have issues if eaten in large quantities, so I advise caution in eating more than one in a sitting until you know how your body responds to them.

melts just like regular marshmallows, more dense so more bang for buck, light taste
Has a light, neutral flavor, not too sweet, and the texture is spot on. They are smallish flattish rectangles that very much remind me of when I make my own marshmallows, so I was not at all surprised or scared of the shape. Come on people, not all marshmallows are rounded. The size of one is about the equivalent of 6-8 small marshmallows. I had ripped one into several smaller pieces for use in my hot cocoa. I will say that these are more dense than regular marshmallows, and therefore provide more value than you think. Store bought tend to be more poofy and airy. These are denser (again reminds me of homemade).Since they aren't as sweet, they dont pack as much flavor punch, but they are incredible for their ability to melt the exact same way as regular marshmallows.I am super excited that these melt & blow up like any other marshmallow. I haven't tried them over a fire. I can make some healthier rice crispy (or whatever) marshmallow snacks now. I occasionally buy some healthier rice crispy treats, but they dont have that goey factor. ya know.. that mouth feel. Anyway, I would consider these again. I rarely feel like making my own marshmallows, so having something I can just buy is great.I can't comment on the sweetener that is used or how it impacts the body, so do your own research if you have concerns. This listing includes nutritional information, just have to scout for it. Pleasantly surprised! Darn near the real thing.
I'm a sugar fiend, but I'm trying to find ways to reduce my sugar intake and was a total skeptic on these. But I love s'mores and either needed to cut back on them (gasp!) or find a substitute. I thought for sure they would be disgusting and I was wrong. The texture is spot-on. The taste is kind of weak on marshmallow flavor but there is zero fakey sugar or chemically taste to these out of the bag. The true test was the fire pit and they roasted beautifully! They even get a little gooey, though not as much as a real marshmallow. My only gripe was that if you go beyond golden toasted (yes, they catch on fire just like the real thing), they do get a funky taste on the burned part. Not a burned taste, but weird in a bad way. They make a great s'more but I was turned off by the bad taste of the burned bits, so I decided to save them to eat as a snack alone. The Rice Krispie treat idea is also a good one. The cost is rough, but they are the best alternative I've found yet.

Not sure if they’re actually sugar free
These tasted really good but my body is sensitive to sugar and I noticed the same reaction in my body that I get when I eat sugar. I would be careful if you’re avoiding sugar, not sure how truthful these are
