These blood flow restriction bands work really well. They’re comfortable to wear, easy to adjust, and stay in place during workouts. I definitely feel the burn, especially when working my glutes and legs, and they help make workouts more effective without heavy weights. The quality is great and they’re simple to use. I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend them.

I love these.. I have many pair but these are my favorite. Strong and work great for bigger thighs.

OK product. Not too good for skinny girls.

This product arrived quickly and looks just as described, however it arrived with a very very strong off putting fishy scent. I put the bands inside of the drawstring bag they came with and threw them in the wash before wearing to the gym. They seem to be a solid product in spite of the smell. I'll continue to use them with my leg workouts. The sizing is also thick thigh friendly.

These booty bands are actually very good. They have adjusters on them so you can adjust it as tight as you want them lift them up and tight as you pull them up as far as you can use them for your purpose.

The smell is atrocious. The straps snd storage bag smells just like fish

They’re huge! Will fit a 45” thigh. Very sturdy, the clasp and belt loops are great. Hard plastic clasp. But they STINK SO BAD! Smell like fish, which if you’re a woman wearing these on your thighs it’s gonna seem like YOU smell like fish. They must manufacture these at a fish market. It’s a very LOUD smell. I hate that I didn’t put them on until I was already in the gym and I was so excited to use them I figured maybe others wouldn’t notice, they did! I cleared the whole stretching area 😂 I had to cut the workout short and I immediately washed them. The aroma wasn’t coming out with just soap and water so I added some scent beads and that did the trick. Left them to hang and air dry. Also the band will roll down a little, it still does it’s function but it doesn’t stay nice and thick and in place, at least not on me. I have 30” thighs for reference.

I like how the band stays in place for the most part and give my glutes a cuff. I hope it trains into that way.

Bien prendre ses mesures avant d'acheter. J'ai pris une taille au dessus que j'aurais dû prendre mais puisque l'on peut serrer, elles font quand même l'affaire. Ne bouge pas pendant l'exercice et la couleur rose fait très girly. J'adore ;)

This booty bands and plus my stepper are the best combo for me. I really like how light it feels around my thighs and the volume it keeps my bump. I think the more I use it I’ll start to see the result I’m hoping for.

Was ok.. i use it sometimes. Love the bright pink. Well made high quality material, functions i guess.. good value i bought it🤣🤣

Poor manufacturing. Doesn't stay lock. The strap stitches fell apart after 2 use. Buyer beware
