This lockbox is great. Based on the features I felt if the lockbox simply did what was stated it was more than worth the price. There are countless ways to access the lockbox. I love how easy it was to setup. I'm able to quickly open the lockbox with the fingerprint feature. Codes are easy to setup for guests and the app is easy to use. I just bought another for our second unit. Great product!

The media could not be loaded. It was great while it worked, but now will not open even though battery life is at 60%. Went to the FAU portion of their website, but their website has not been maintained and there’s no helpful information. I’m either going to have to leave this on my door or cut it off. It also has my keys inside which is a pain.

Was having some issues with this at first but all is well.

This device worked long enough for me to test it a few times and a dog walker to access the key once. After that it was impossible to open it with any existing or new code, I also attempted the finger print reader and the cards. It would click like it was unlocking but would not open. It was in a covered breeze way in moderate temperatures so there’s no way the weather caused it. Due to it having my only key in it, I had to go out and purchase bolt cutters and wedges to make access to it. It took me about two days, multiple tools (which are all unusable now) and help from another person to break into it so I can say your key will be secure.

Does not work as consistently as advertised.

It's a great product, well built and the concept is great but when it suddenly stops working that's when its a nightmare. There was a couple of other minor issue but the most important is that it won't open up. I don't know if it's because of the batteries inside are dead, and I will never know because I need to be able to open it to retrieve the batteries. The app gave me no warning that the batteries were low so I am just speculating that the dead batteries are causing the issue. I have pushed in the punch code, I have used the app and in both cases, it seems to connect, I hear the doorbell signal indicating it's unlocked, but the physical door does not unlatch or unlock.Then the next biggest issue is that you cannot connect with customer services. The phone number is not valid if you are calling from the U.S. 400-800-1785. I've sent an email and tried their online chat but that just sent an email message.I was relying on this for my airbnb. I am extremely disappointed. I had high hopes and during the installation it worked fine. Also, I never did see in the app how to set up fingerprints.

Easy software. Works great. A great buy.

The idea is great but I just found this has not worked at all the way that I want it to.The main issue is the battery life. I've had it for 6 months and have to replace the batteries twice thus far.That's two times too many for only having it 6 months.Setting codes for visitors is not straight forward and I don't know if visitors will get in because the battery could be dead. Net net I have to trash this and find a better option that's reliable. Waste of money which is a bummer. Love the idea - dislike the reality of the lock.
