I selected this towel bar because it was the only modern brushed stainless towel bar I could find that had mounting points exactly 30 inch on center. There are lots of options out there, but it seems most towel bars listed as 30 inch, had 30" clearance between supports, in which case, the mounting holes are a bit wider than 30" apart. I used this to replace an old Moen square rod towel bar that looked dated and was cheap and flimsy. As this bar comes in two pieces, I was somewhat skeptical that it would look good and be sturdy. I'm happy to report that it is very sturdy and looks great with modern, clean lines and no imperfections. The mounting holes are indeed exactly 30" apart, which allowed this to replace the Moen without any need to patch the wall. Mounting was quick and easy. The kit comes with everything required to mount the bar including screws and anchors and the Allen wrench required for the set screws. Once installed this is very sturdy and the seem between the two sections is nearly invisible. There is just under 2-1/2" clearance between the inside of the bar and the wall, which seems standard and matches our other three towel bars. I am very pleased to have found this. It made upgrading our bathroom quick and easy, it is sturdy and looks great, and to top it off, it was very reasonably priced. I consider this an excellent value.

Better than expected. The bar comes in two halves and really does screw together seamlessly. Nice machining work. Mounts sturdy, seems solid, expect it will last for a while. Looks good and was the right size for my use. Easy to install. All the parts needed included, clear instructions with drawings. Since it was going into drywall, didn't even need a drill. Used a pointed tool where I marked the screw placement and then enlarged with a circular motion until I could place the tip of anchors and pound in to finish. If you are careful, that will work. Used small strips of velcro to hold the screw plates in place and check and adjust until the bar was level and mark screw placement. The removed the velco, mounted the plates and adjusted to keep level before tightening the screws and then the bar mount.

Easy install. Sturdy and strong. Make sure you unscrew the wall mount pieces from the ends or you'll end up like me thinking it was missing pieces. Lol

Well made decent weight towel bar that fitted together perfectly and installed in 15 minutes. For the money it was as good as one 3x the price. I used upgraded sheetrock plastic screw in plugs with bigger metal screws and it's solidly installed. Holds heavy shower mat with ease. Great brushed nickel finish. 10 out of 10

Excellent condition, high quality, classy look. The 2 halves thread together seamlessly. Easy to install with extra hardware provided and an Allen key! I installed using the center hole, but you need to add a washer under the screw head. I recommend this product. Canadian Tire sells for over $34.

I actually use it above my window to hang plants from rather than a towel rack, fits with the other fittings in the room, love it
