Taking this supplement is a personal decision. For me , I feel it helps me to focus much better, and stay on track and accomplish and finish what I started. I’ve been taking this supplement for 3 or more years, originally purchasing it from “ Natures Goodness” and then finding it at a lower price on Amazon. I started by purchasing 1 from Amazon and took it into NG to make sure it was exactly the same including the manufacturer. She confirmed that it was and said she wished she could match the price,but unfortunately could not. I felt bad not being able to continue with them, they are a small business and I understand. They were very helpful and honest.

Great for sleep
This has been one of the few supplements to actually help me get better sleep. I still wake up multiple times per night (thanks, Fibro!), but I get more deep and REM sleep than I have in decades. I hope to never be without this supplement again.
