XTPower XT-20000QC2 PowerBank modern DC/USB battery with 20400mAh - 5V USB and exit for 12 to 24V

I actually bought two of these. One failed day 1 of my Denali climb last June. It was my sole battery for the trip and without it I had no recharge for my communication devices- Radio and satellite phone. I opened it up on the mountain and found a wire broken off a control board solder connection. It worked fine draining and charging before the trip. I could not repair it in the field. Once inside I was surprised by the cheap assembly. The second one is on my work bench and will not shut off or charge. It currently says 29% and it has very slowly been losing power while I look at it wondering how dumb it is for me to hang on too and if it will eventually burn my house down...EDIT 11/5/18-This company has reached out to me to learn about the failures I had with their batteries. The president is genuine and follows through well and offered reimbursement for the two batteries I had purchased. I opted to just have them replaced and he's having them sent out. Though I haven't received them yet I'm confident that XTPower will continue to stand behind them. Honestly, the service quality following my original review was perfect.I waited nearly a year to contact them about my failed batteries and was met with nothing but positivity. XTPower said "For me it is not important how long you waited, you should have received a product that did not fail, period. I want to do right by my customers as they will do right by my company and my employees by being return customers or spreading a positive message about our company and product."Thanks guys, I'm looking forward to the replacement batteries.Edit 5/16/19the battery has had no problems and I'm ordering another for this years trip to the Alaska Range leaving in 5 days.

Love this battery pack. It has a powerful charger, and it has a ton of battery capacity.The size is good, and it even tells you what speed it is charging at... because it can charge over USB or the 19V power brick (actually more like any 12-20V brick will likely work ).Charging from the brick is faster, but it is really nice to have the option of recharging it via USB if you don't have the brick handy.This is also one of the few USB batteries I've owned that actually do a good job of reporting the correct battery life remaining.

I bought this unit to have auxiliary power for a electric spinning wheel. While it did power the wheel, if I let it sit without using it for around a minute the power to this unit shut down. So every time I wanted to start back up I had to turn the power back on before I could start spinning. Just to much trouble.

So... this rechargeable battery pack is PERFECT in every way... except one. It runs my Resmed CPAP machine overnight (24v), it does great things with USB, the current monitoring is perfect, display is great... but it only lasts about 25 days and then somehow just stops working, goes dark, and smells like burnt electronics.I have bought 5 of them since September. Three are dead now and I'm considering returning the last two. I just don't get it. Such an amazing product and it just dies in one month. Guaranteed!!!! I have a sample set of 3 for 3 at the moment.I really hope I can get sme help from the manufacturer. I'm on a trip now with no wY to charge my phone. Thank goodness I have my CPAP power supply with me!!!

I've had a few smaller outboard power supplies that all seemed mediocre after using them. This is likely the absolute greatest power supply I have used. While my primary purpose is to power an audio interface that cannot draw from the iPad in portable situations, this does so easily.I'm buying another to send to my son who is an avid portable device user. Really an A+ item

Similar to a review below. Purchased two batteries for a 2 month long trip. The power banks failed to work because I needed them to provide continuous power to my appliances for a sustained period of time, but they would shut off after only an hour of operation. It was very frustrating and provided endless complications for me. On top of that both failed permanently, and are entirely unusable. Unfortunately the company has not responded to my emails or provided replacements like other customers. Very disappointed as this could have been such a great product. Not many 12V output packs on the market for such a reasonable price.

I am still testing out the battery so I can’t really rate it hence the four stars but the customer service is something else . I had to return the first battery as it wouldn't take a charge. They sent a new one out immediately and it started charging immediately . Charging time is minimal and as I intend to use it to run my electric spinning wheel that is a major perk when going to any spinning events.Overall I am pretty pleased.

Contrary to what the amazon description and labeling printed on the product says, both USB outlets have only fixed 5 Volts.To get 12-24 Volts you need to use only the barrel plug, which is labeled as AC power (???). Very confusing and potentially dangerous to your equipment.The vendor should fix this since it misrepresents the product.
