Great read about the Eucharist

This is a slim but rich little book. Beautifully written, it is effortless erudite and profoundly thoughtful.

At my church, we have a weekly Eucharistic Adoration. I bring this book with me and use the readings and prayers in my quiet time. It is small, purse sized, and I enjoy using it.

Bishop Serratelli has managed to do what seemed impossible: follow, and even expand on what Alphonsus Liguori wrote. This is no exaggeration. What Liguori started, Serratelli makes his own and magnifies, and plants new insights. This is fresh, and beautiful. Of all my books on the Eucharist and prayer, it has quickly become a favorite. Read it, and pray it, for yourself. What an unexpected gift. Thank you, this is truly a Godsend.
