It came with a lot of items but you have to piece them all together. The quality was decent, it was definitely cute once put together. You’ll need some time beforehand to get it all set up! They aren’t tiny pieces either which was nice!

Disappointing - Picture is Decieving
I was very excited to receive for my best friends birthday party, however, several balloons from the picture were not included in this order. There are no balloons with text on them at all, only a few with pictures. There were no pink balloons at all in the order. I have searched everywhere to buy them addition and can not find them anywhere now and I am running out of time to have them customized.
