5 yo bday gift He loves to dig in sandboxes & this is perfect

Okay, so I honestly read the description wrong and thought these were bigger. However the boys got ahold of them first and so we gave them a try. I needed two because sharing isn't going to work. The colors were perfect as one loves blue and the other doesn't care. They worked perfectly. We dug small holes, large pond size for the puddle pond and they work marvelously. From the 4yr old to my husband they were easy to use. Considering the size the cost is worth it. They fit in their large sand bucket and as such didnt take up more space then the sand toys. They seem like good quality so we will see how long they last for.

Got these to go with a set of plastic buckets for grand child to use at the beach. The bucket came with small, somewhat flimsy scoops. These are sturdy and worked well for digging and building sand castles by 6 year old child. Looks like they should hold up well.

Smaller than I imagined they would be, good for up to a five year old.

These are great for kids but I do wish they were a tad taller/longer in size. Overall it was a good purchase!
