Dog loves them. Single ingredient. Good price. Strong smell but not when the bag is closed.

My standard poodles love these things. As soon as they see I;'m taking them out of the treat jar, they race to get in their circle, bunching up every runner in the house, knocking against the water dishes, except for one who always stays right with me, watching to see I get out enough for every dog. These do stink. But what do you expect. I wish they did not cost as much as they do. I rescue and have a big pack too. These only last 2 days or so. It is crunch, crunch, crunch and they are GONE. In order to buy them, I had to cut out things I wanted, just like any good mother does. I have these on shipping every month, 3 bags. That is a lot of dough plus the whole order goes up in price. Seeing the dogs happy is worth is all. New rescues have to learn how to hold them in their paws and bite off what they can chew. They last the other dogs maybe 60 seconds. Wish they would make them last longer. It is cruch about 3 times and they are finished. They will not eat anything they do not like. They love these things. Even the dogs with very small mouths can't wait. I tested them at the lab & they were rated very good by all standards. Safe for dogs. There is nothing added only natural. Great product.

These smell so bad but all of these type of chews do. My dog doesn't go crazy for them but he's really picky and eats them eventually when I put them out. Would recommend. Best price I've seen.

My dog loves them. Good protein and fiber. Most importantly they are all natural. Warning store them in a tightly closed bag, they have a strong odor.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Three stars because my dog seemed to like the chews, and they are a cheap substitute to the alternatives. However, the sticks smell terrible, like rotting fish. I threw them away before I was half way through the pack, the smell was so bad.

I didn't expect gullet sticks to smell so strongly of urine, even more so than pizzles. My dogs just looked at me like "You've got to be kidding, we're not eating these." And my hand smelled so bad after handling them it made me nauseous even though I immediately washed them. I like Amazon's duck & chicken Jerry (or my dogs do), but these are really disgusting. If you have a weak stomach and love your dog(s) I wouldn't recommend.

For what I needed them to do, I give them a 2.I wanted a gnawing treat for Ellie Mae (my dachshound and beagle mix dog) who has high anxiety and she licks, licks, licks and scratches, way too much. She is just short of being called over weight. So she needs something to chew on for longer than 5 minutes and NO MORE TREATS!.These only last her, maybe 5 minutes. Did I mention they stink?
