Really loving Casablanca Market! Another must have from them is their Authentic Moroccan Saffron. I could smell this immediately as I opened the package. I used this in my rice. First, I soaked about a teaspoon of Saffron in boiling water for 10 minutes and then I added it to the rice before cooking. The rice came out great and the taste of the saffron was flavorful as it should be. I do wish this came in a dark colored container to protect the Saffron from light. The current price of $14.24 ($14.99 minus 5%) for 2 grams is competitively priced.
