Highly recommend this guide—perfect for APC candidates aiming to ace their final assessment interview!

This guide gave me a clear idea of what to expect in my APC interview. Straight to the point and very useful!

A friend of mine was stressing over their impending APC final assessment, they completed all the mocks provided for them but still felt unprepared and unsure where to look. I did a quick search on Google and found this book, it is exactly what they were looking for this book has 100’s of mock interview questions and answers for you to go through. I gifted it to them, and they were shocked by how useful it is, I can happily report my friend passed their interview! I would definitely recommend this book to anyone undertaking quantity surveying.

Helped a lot

The best feature is the videos to go along with this book, so you can be sitting on a long train journey with your headphone in reading this book and simply scan the QR code and it will bring up a relevant video to that section.Therefore, if you learn by watching videos and making notes that only you will understand, this book is for you.I found it very informative, with the layout of questions giving multiple answers in a bullet-point format.

A good collection of questions and answers in Quantity Surveying & Construction. Accessible to both novices and experienced as it is a concise and straightforward approach to presenting complex topics along with helpful tables and visual aids. A valuable resource and highly recommendable. It holds up-to-date topics unlike other resources and includes example submissions and case studies that prove extremely helpful in addition to other benefits like access to a video mock interview.

Overall the content is pretty good and seems useful so far, there are printing errors however which are frustrating, for example the spine of the book says ‘Building Surveying’ but the content is the ‘Quantity Surveying’ and lots of examples where the answer to the question is on a different page to the question itself. Doesn’t effect use as such but gives the impression it hasn’t been checked well before printing.
