Lovely product, and incredibly competitive pricing. Look, I normally dont write reviews, I'm doing up a house and I'd lose my marbles writing reviews for everything I have bought. But I am making an exception here. So, the item came in a lovely box that said "your present" on it. Like, it was a beautiful presentation, almost what you would expect to find an actual gift come in, not a toilet water connector. Why am I making such a big deal out of a box rather than the product (which seems v good) ? Obviously I'm easy to please :D, but because it shows a pride in their work and product, and goes out the way to do what they can for their customers. I have a stressful job, and this actually improved my day and made me smile when I opened it. I was even showing it to the nurse I was working with. I would buy from these guys again (even if hypothetically a product was a little more) because of the quality and pride in their effots. Keep up the good work guys.

This is going to be a replacement for my main water inlet for my central heating system. Due to the fact I had a British gas service engineer at my home servicing my boiler before the start of the winter. And he pointed out that the old rubber hose " it's not damaged " connecting the boiler condenser unit to the main water inlet, for the radiators and pressuring, the central heating system and filing the system up with water, was out of spec. Hence the purchase of this component, it's the same connection used in connecting sink taps. Dislike none it's a connector.

I used this to replace a very old bathroom tap hose. As the hose was longer than my last one I took the copper pipe out and just screwed it in. First time doing anything like this, very easy to do, so far no leaks or drips.

Difficult to find in longer sizes in DIY shops, but found here... Needed a flexi to fit a toilet with first fix flat top iso already in place. Didn't realise the inlet was on the other side to most toilet cisterns so the standard flexi you can buy in shops wasn't long enough and I'm not a plumber, just a competent DIYer. So instead of making a messy job of moving the first fix plumbing, I used this. And it doesn't look half as bad as the plumbing in new build houses so that's nice!
