Highly recommend the electrolytes for any sort of athlete! The ingredients are super clean, even made with a veggie capsule vs your typical gelatin capsules. I use these on hot days to help prevent cramping and keep me hydrated. I even have my 10 year old take them when he, trains in the heat of southern california. Living in Florida and running in the heat electrolytes are essential. These are very good and I recommend them for lots of sweat workouts (>60 minutes). My favorite though for long runs (>2+ hours) is Succeed S!Caps.
