Ultra Slippery Oil-Filled Cast Nylon 6 Sheet, Smooth Finish, ASTM D5989, Green, 1/2" Thick, 6" Width, 6" Length

I'm actually not convinced that this is completely nylon. When milled it creates an insane amount of burr. I've never seen anything like it. I'm even using Harvey Tool ballnose bits made specifically for plastic. Every other nylon I have cut with the same bits and feed rates have cut flawlessly.Most importantly, when you mill this there is a very sickening sweet smell in the air. Very similarly to some very cheap poring resins that require an organic mask to even pore because the off gassing is extremely toxic. I can't say what's in this because Amazon does not provide msds for their products but I even woke up with a headache in the base of my skull that lasted all the way into the afternoon.My advise, skip this if you intend to mill. The savings is not worth it.
