This little supplement, which occurs naturally in nature keeps my mood in the “sweet spot”, not overly rambunctiously happy, but just happy. I try to take it about the same time every day, but if I’m a little late, it’s not a big deal, but if I’m late by hours, there’s a definite change in my mood, which I don’t like, so I make an effort to try and stay on schedule. I’ve been taking this supplement for more than a few years, and I wouldn’t be without it. It makes me want to get out of bed in the morning, and that’s a good thing. My doctor is also aware that I take this supplement, and has no issues with my use of this supplement. This medicine is nothing short of miraculous in how it has helped me manage my anxiety symptoms. For many reasons I choose to not take prescription medications, and now I have found something equally effect that is actually good for my brain. I take between 20-60mgs daily in three separate doses, depending upon how I feel. A calming effect is apparent after just 20 minutes, and enhanced concentration and deep sleep is an additional benefit to the reduction in anxiety. In general, I am a better listener and able to think and behave more rationally when I use this supplement.
