Seems to lessen my swollen ankles so will continue to use.

Have taken them now 10 days-According to my husband my mood got better-I feel my sleep improved, because it’s deeperONLY problem is ……..my feet are quite sweaty and these pads don’t stick very well hence I bought additional plaster and put one strip on the right side AND one strip on the left side of the pads( 2 x plaster on each foot = total 4 x plasters )I am using “Hansaplast” classic, which is plaster on a roll ( 5m long x 2.5cm wide )For info, I read that some people wrote these pads turn dark only because they react with the moisture of your feet.Hmmm ??!!I am not convinced as my husbands feet are really dry and the next morning his pads looks the same dark colour as my sweaty feet.Anyway, will continue for a while….can’t do any harm

Wasn’t sure this would make a difference, how wrong was I! I feel amazing after the first night, I used for five nights straight, the patches stayed on, the toxins came out.I can honestly say I feel lighter, less weighed down, my body feels less tension and I’m less stressed, I slept really well and I have struggled recently. Overall, fabulous product and will be buying again

Ok, tried these for the 5 nights, initially applied ok but didn’t stay on, found I needed to put socks on over them to stop them peeling back and coming off, mine discoloured in patches did not turn solid black, left a sticky mess after removal and to be honest didn’t notice any difference, having said that you receive a pack of 10 which means only 5 applications, I think you are supposed to use them for longer but rather pricey to use for longer periods of time, especially if you don’t have any positive effects from using them, oh well, it was worth a try and great if they work for you

I had high hopes for these They stuck well but didn’t change to dark colour When I peeled them off They were white & quite hard to touch so I had nothing to wash off my feet I tried on my legs a couple of days later & it was the same Not sure if that means I have no toxins in me? As they didn’t look like the photos show I forgot to take a photo

I feel no difference.Each night I used them they turned black, not a reduction of colour as the nights passed as the product information stated.

Difficult to judge if the patches work as stated. The adhesive does not stick to the feet long enough.Very disappointing
