I was told to use creatine every day in your 40’s but I don’t I use only when I work out 15 minutes before is enough time , it really works for me it gives a lot more energy and strength ,it’s just crazy! Results I’ll see with time I haven’t had time to work out eve day but the 2 times I work out it seems to be doing it’s job I totally recommend, and I do some exercises at home I wonder how it would be if I was at the gym .

It was a good working product I saw strength increase after two weeks, had a good pump. It was a very good product and I do recommend for others to use and I love how it contains the building blocks of amino acids I think it should go in other creative supplements as well.

Definitely better results than I’ve ever experienced in any creative and I’ve been using for a while. Results so crazy I question it’s legality. Amazing stuff. Tastes terrible but I can’t even begin to care about that.
