Usually skeptical as I usually am with the energy drinks. My wife got this, thought I’d give it a try. Pleasantly surprised, it didn’t take me from 1 to 100 which I don’t like. Maybe 0 to 40 which is all I want, something to jump start my energy level & sustain me through my cycling excursions. Blue raspberry has a good taste, ordered watermelon for a bit of variety. Pleasantly surprised, will continue to use. Those with negative comments, maybe expectations were to high🤷.

I have to say I am ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED.. I suffer 10+yrs insomnia, and although I can tolerate coffee, I'M TRYING TO GET OUT THE BED TO MAKE COFFEE THOUGH HATE!! Doesn't work. I've tried over 6 pre-workout drinks and even more little shots of B vitamin energy.. Nope, THIS IS IT!!! ZERO, ZERO, ZERO aftertaste! Blew my mind! I had to be at work at 9am, couldn't fall asleep last night until, last time I looked at the clock, 2:57am.. Hubs gets up very easily, made the tsp energy drink in 8oz water for me. He tapped me to wake up JUST TO TRY.... I had an amazing and productive work day. I gulped 3, basically 4oz of the 8 and laid back down.. It took about 10mins, I'm feeling, ehh, not that sleepy, I'm awake, I'll watch The tube videos.. 10mins after that, I NEEDED TO GET UP!! No crash at all in my day no having to get another just to last. As long as they don't change their ingredients, my husband and I are here to stay!!

This drink mix is better than others I have tried. I purchased the Fruit Punch flavor and it actually tastes pretty good. It provides a small amount of energy and does not have the jittery side effects that sugary and caffeinated drinks do. The price is a bit much in my opinion, but it lasted for 2-3 weeks of intermittent use so not bad. I don't notice any significant energy or mental boost, it's really just a supplement to natural energy sources (such as B12, etc.). One thing is, I wish there were an easier way to put the mixture into a water bottle. The scoop that comes with it is meant to insert powder into a glass or wide-topped cup, and the powder goes everywhere even when gently handled because it's so fine. Overall, good product and I'll likely buy again.
