It looks beautiful. It is excellent quality material. However it is heavy. Very heavy. Handle is thin which makes it hard to hold with confidence. The handles do get hot. Very hot. The patina of the copper becomes very muddy after only a few uses. Whilst it is the perfect width and depth for me, I'm not sure it's worth the almost AUD$1000...

It’s much heavier than expected. I wish the handle wasn’t quite so thin and hard to hold when pan is full. So having the extra handle helps a lot. Handle on lid gets very hot whilst cooking, need to use oven glove. After first wash the beautiful pristine shiny copper goes away, but I don’t mind the mottled patina. Cleans beautifully. Heats up super quick. Cooks beautifully. I love the high sides. And it fits a lot of food it it! Overall, I love it
