Wild Caught Skinless and Boneless Sardines, Served in Olive Oil, 4.4 Ounce (Pack of 12)

Excellent sardines! Thick fillets in a light olive oil. I have one can as a snack on Club crackers or buttered toast, simple and delicious! Keto diet friendly. Two cans is actually a very filling meal. Dr. Boz (Annette Bosworth, MD) mentioned sardines are 3-4 times the Omega 3s than tuna. Well packaged too.

These sardines are meaty, super flavorful and perfectly skinless and deboned. I got the mild red pepper flavor and, to me, these sardines are way more than mild. They pack a bit of heat! They are delicious but I can’t share them with my baby niece. Anyway, for meaty sardines that are high quality and pack a huge punch of flavor, these are it. These are the one.

I never thought I’d eat a sardine until I found these! No skin or bones! I drain the oil out, add soy sauce and have an easy, yummy, high protein snack!!

I really like the flavor of these but the consistency of them is lacking. The first time I had one at my friends house, it was nice and moist and tasted great so I ordered a dozen. When I got them, the first one I had was dry and hard so I was very disappointed. It took a while for me to eat another but then I was surprised to find it was moist and soft and like the first one I had. I've eaten about 10 so far and it's about 1 good one for every 1 hard dry one. They are cheaper than other sardines so I'm not complaining too much and the flavor is still good I just wish the consistency was better. If they were all soft and moist, I'd order them again without hesitation.

Appealing looks and a little heat in the flavor.

These sardines have a wonderful taste - the olive oil is light and flavorful and compliments the sardines perfectly. There is much less fishiness compared to skinned sardines, it tastes almost like albacore tuna. I am a bit sad at the removal of bones and loss of nutrients, but as far as flavor goes, these are definitely a leg up over cheaper sardines.

I've been eating a can of boneless and skinless sardines for breakfast every day for 20 plus years now (with a piece of sourdough toast and a little balsamic vinegar). Previously, I ate Crown Prince sardines in the blue box for years. But they became very expensive and hard to find. I tried a few replacements and settled on these Brunswick sardines. They are excellent, a good value and readily available. Check it out: sardines are very low or zero mercury I (bc they are small fish), packed with protein and omega 3 fat, they are a super food. I love them also on salads and sandwiches.

Has a very little 🌶 I’m not a spicy spice gal. Mild can be too spicy sometimes for me, but this wasn’t. There wasn’t a lot of olive oil in the tin either, so the first taste of sardine was very dry. But I love boneless/skinless sardines, I add my lil touches,?finely mince onions and some mustard, fold everything together and serve on fried sourdough bread (add a teaspoon of evoo in a fry pan, toast until golden on both sides, it’s the crispiest crunch you’ll every get use a good evoo). I will get a 12 pack of these.
