Does this have a sufficient drain rate for a medium rate power shower (about 10 - 20 litres/min pump)? Thanks

We have a power shower but I don't know how many L/min the pump is (it is quite powerful though) and we find this drain quite adequate. Occasionally, if someone has been over zealous with the shampoo, the suds can linger a while otherwise we're perfectly happy with it.

What is the diameter measured over the seal - this is important as the replacement part needs to fit into the housing in the shower tray. Thank you

The dimensions were on the site. I believe it is a standard component. After fitting I have notice it is extremely snug and have somewhat of a struggle to remove it for cleaning. Hope that helps.

How do remove and clean, very tight, tried twisting but it's not a screw on, afraid to put too much pressure incase it dislodges seal

l put some toilet lime scale remover around the top of the drain after leaving a few minutes get your fingers underneath the chrome effect cover and pull off, there’s just a rubber seal holding it on, this is a separate unit so pulling hard will not damage any water seals. Hope this helps
