Fantastic for tall, thin people. The most comfortable office chair I've used. The armrests suck.
I'm 6'5" and 185lbs. This is the most comfortable office chair I've ever used. Pros: - The height of the back, lumbar support, and headrest are all fantastic - Super comfy cushion Cons: - The auto-lock casters cause problems, not solve problems - The armrests may as well not exist, because my elbows hover 2" above them at all times No offense to big people, but 'big and tall' chairs are ALWAYS made for very obese people, except in this instance. I'll modify the armrests so then it'll be a 4.5 star out of 5 chair. If I also get rubber casters it will be a 5/5.
