Sakura Co is the real deal, it brought back so many great childhood memories. I appreciate the entire Sakura Co team and every merchant who poured their heart into every item they procured. I read through the reviews here and saw some disrespectful comments, which is entirely misleading to others who are new to this culture.The “thin cloth” is likely a Tenugui which actually takes a lot of effort to make, by the hands’ of Japanese artisans. And they are meant to be thin for the breathability, however, they are super absorbent.Please keep an open mind when trying new things from other cultures, they might not fit your taste or likings but at least try to be respectful.

Bought as a gift for my daughter friend. This was what he ask for. Shipping does take a while but he love it and they ate everything.

I’m part Japanese and haven’t been able to go to Japan. My grandmother passed 3 years ago, but this brought her back into my home. Several snacks in this box took me back to my childhood. Great variety and well made snacks. Absolutely LOVED the plate and it will honestly be a prized posession. I don’t have much from my grandmother but I feel like this brought her back and closer. Quality treats! Lovely assortment of snacks and sweets, unique foods. More of gourmet type products than kids samples. A nice gift for the curious eaters!
