REALLY great trimmer. Impressed by the power. I've a decent amount of striming to do and this unit copes really well. One battery does most of the job, lasting around 30mins but it's so useful having the spare. The cord is stong and lasts surprisingly well. Quite lightweight and a lot quieterthan a petrol model. Handy edging feature and the auto feed button works well. Further to this purchase Ive also brought a smaller sized Worx chainsaw (without the batteries) and can also use/utilise the same batteries and charger unit. Even if you a novice in the garden I'd recommend this unit - it's quite therapeutic too!!

The bottom of our garden is too boggy to use a lawnmower so I got this to do that patch as well as the edges. It cuts really well and is comfortable to use for longer periods of time. Being cordless makes it easy to use, and for how I use it, I haven't had the battery run out on me yet (but I charge it in between each use) and it's surprisingly powerful giving it's not mains operated.

Great product, a little pricey.

I read a number of reviews suggesting this might be an all purpose strimmer and so it would be for a smallish tidy garden. It has a single but strong thread and is very easy to use. It is perfect for small areas and edging and saves all the fuss of setting up with a hefty petrol strimmer . However, if you have a big garden , rough areas or need to strim for a long period then get the petrol strimmer out. The Worx is perfect if used appropriately to its capabilities.

for the price, this easily tackles your standard UK garden weed / grass edges / stubborn overgrown areas along the driveway and lane. I'm more than happy with this product, just for the cost, power and included batteries. As far as battery time goes, it's not bad, with two batteries I'm more than able to run it for a few hours - given cleaning up in between. One thing that seemed to be a bit unreliable is the line extender, though, I've not actually had it fail on me. The biggest benefit from this is the price vs cut quality, it's also rather durable and has handled well for a good few months of heavy usage.

This is a well designed grass and edge trimmer, and appears to be manufactured of robust materials. It is fairly easy to put together, but could be made simpler with a few written pointers instead of graphic images. I used it first as a grass edger and it worked very well and was easy to operate. I then went to use it for a spot of grass trimming, but after I had adjusted the angle of the head it refused to start. And it would not start after I had returned the head back to the grass edger position. A shame really as it looked to be a very useful tool. Amazon were at their usual best and the item was returned for a full refund. I have hesitated buying another as other reviewers appear to have had similar problems, so it appears to have an inherent design fault in the adjustable head.

The two batteries once fully charged and then on back up charge, lasted long enough to clear a jungle of a garden and are easy to swap over. The cutting wire spool lasts longer than expected, can be sourced cheaply and changed relatively easily . Although this unit is not particularly heavy after using for sometime ones forearms do tend to flag , but that might just be me and my whimsy muscles. Not the cheapest but certainly does the job well and if you have a lot of strimming to do ,this won’t let you down .

Very good for a mid sized lawn. Holds the charge

Muy robusta y cómoda, algo pesada, pero si tiene que ser robusta no puede ser muy ligera. La batería dura bastante, algo más de media hora, lo cual está muy bien. Hace su función, corta sin problemas la maleza, malas hierbas etc..., pero no corta tallos que sean algo gruesos (a partir de 0,5cm), lo que por otra parte, tampoco es su función. Lo del botón para sacar el hilo de corte es comodísimo, para los que se lían con el, con la máquina encendida (sin dejar de pulsar nunca el gatillo de encendido de la máquina, como si estuvieras recortando) das al botón y la máquina se para y sale un poco, sueltas el botón y la máquina vuelve a arrancar, vuelves a pulsar el botón y sale otro poco, y así hasta que salga la longitud de hilo que quieras. El hilo dura bastante salvo que lo golpees con piedras o material duro, lo que es lógico.

Trimmern är bra men lite lång leveranstid

Ottimo tagliabordi, robusto, batteria che dura per il mio giardino di 110 m2. La ricarica dura per 2-3 tagli di tutto il bordo. Ottimo il filo.

Jag har batteriet till trimmer och robotgräsklippare.

Se ajusta perfectamente para un pequeño terreno y cumple su función.
