Works Perfectly - 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee + iPhone 13 Pro
I've taken this device in and out of my cart for quite a long time due to reviews stating latency, crashes, and other issues. I finally purchased and am very glad that I did. I've had no issues with this device whatsoever. Connection is fast (before I get in the car with remote start, before I put the car in gear otherwise) and reliable - even with phone in pocket. I do not notice any additonal latency (I'm sure there is some, but not noticable). The audio latency described doesn't appear to be much different than any other streaming audio latency. I've had no crashes - however, longest use between restart has only been about an hour. I have not updated the software (although I can see there is a software update to improve memory usage - so if I end up with crashes after longer use, I may go ahead and install it). Highly recommend to add wireless car play to an existing CarPlay system.

Works great in a 2022 Prius
The real benefit to buying this model is how fast it connects to the phone. From the moment I press the ignition button, it takes about 15 seconds for CarPlay to show up on the big screen. So by the time I've backed out of the driveway, I'm good to go. Buying a second one for my 2022 Sienna that's on the way.It's a pretty small device with a short cord. I was able to velcro it to a nondescript spot in front of the center console so you don't really see it. Highly recommended.

Do not buy this, does not work well. Disconnects constantly
I do not need this product to disconnect and shutdown my whole HMI while I am trying to drive. Constantly disconnecting, today in the span of 10 mins had to disconnect physically and reload. This model is garbage, complete waste of money. Wish I was able to give 0 stars. Also after contacting support, they do not offer support from company if purchased through Amazon.
