This worked just as I hoped. I was able to easily trim the back of my hair (finally) and it looks great. I ve been cutting my own hair for years but the back was never very good. This made it so easy!

This is a fantastic product that enables one to easily shave the back of one’s head after a haircut.

I've been cutting my own hair for several years with a Micro Touch Titanium Trim. The only challenge is the neckline because it is difficult to see the whole neck when you're trying to make both sides even. This template arrived today & I tried it to straighten my neckline. It does work - but you have to make sure to put it on straight & verify with a handheld mirror in addition to a second wall-mounted mirror. And the actual shape of your neckline is not adjustable; only the length.

Why didn't I think of this before? Great tool for anyone who self-haircuts ( 35+ year Flowbee user ). Or someone who just wants to be able to keep the back of neck trimmed up between haircuts.

I’m not a fan of this product. I haven’t used it since it came in although I did try it on when I first got it. I thought it would be more useful than it is but it’s just not something that is practical. I’m leaving five stars because It’s made well and arrived exactly as it was advertised, just not an item I’ll be using.

I cut my own hair with a Flowbee. Obviously I am not a slave to stylistic excess... Pros: High quality and stiff enough to hold a line and its position on your head. The band seems like it will last awhile. Takes the guess work, or the need for extras help just to do the back. Helps keep hair looking nice between major cuts. Cons: Takes a little practice to get it lined up especially if your head/ears is not perfectly symmetrical. Hint: Wet your hair so it lays flat. If some pulls back after cutting it will give a nice layered look along with the perfect straight line. May be useful for Women's Bob style hair cuts but they would have to judge that.
