Lovely swing came in good packaging only the stiches some where in between are to loose and Lil bit not clean

Great addition to our home, the swing is of good quality, the installation process by the vendor was seamless and very professional- the team ensured the condition was perfect. The manufacturer though should consider to give better cushions- quality of the cushions was not good and aesthetically not pleasing, we have used our own.

The Swing Chair is so comfortable yet has a sturdy build. There was a minor problem with the swing chair. I thought the seller wont bother to change the swing for such a minor issue.But once I explained her the problem, she sent a new chair via courier to me. That is the level of commitment towards customer satisfaction the seller can go.

The sales person Shivani was very helpful.. She went out of the way to help me get the swing on time ..

Good quality product except the swing is not equally balanced. The swing is tilted towards one side a little bit more than the other which is causing some discomfort. The delivery person was very nice but one of them did not agree to the fact that the swing is tilted and also he did not provided a resolution for the tilted swing.Unfortunately now I am using it in tilted position only.If the swing would have been balanced perfectly then i would have given 5 stars.I request you to please make sure you check and get the swing balanced at the time of delivery for 100% customer satisfaction.But overall nice product.Update:I got a call back from Avi Tripathi and he was nice enough to promise me the exchange of the faulty part in next few days.Will update again once the defective product is replaced.Thank you KS Industries.Update:Avi Tripathi changed the entire stand and now the new stand is perfectly balanced.Awesome service !!!

Large and comfortable with quality construction and well packaged. If size is not a concern go for it, especially given the reasonable price
