For anyone having trouble getting to sleep, I highly recommend this product! Due to severe back injuries and nerve pain, I’ve tried a variety of natural substances over the last several years to help induce sleep, none of which worked. This one has me sleeping within 15 minutes of taking it, and usually at about the five minute mark!

This product is excellent in helping you cope with daily stress. It helps me feel in control of daily stresses and social anxiety. I know this sounds silly but I have noticed that I’m not snacking so much in between my days and I feel more in control of when and how often I eat. I feel that it may be due to the stress managing that you feel when on this product that possibly helps with stress/emotional eating. Just be patient. It takes about a week or two before feeling the full effect but it does really work with coping and dealing with stress. I love that there are no fillers and that it is all natural. There are other supplements out there but I love the purity and quality of this one. So happy to have found it. I’m taking this supplement with my husband and we are on our second bottle. We take one in the morning and one in the evening. I just ordered another bottle. I don’t want to run out and be without it.

I tell ALL my friends about this brand. I am so in love with it. Especially during this pandemic, these race wars, and all the tragedy that's been happening in our world, holy basil it a necessity. I love the packaging. I think it's gorgeous and classy. I love the glass amber bottle. And I notice a serious difference when I forget to take it for a few says. I start to feel crazed, anxious, overwhelmed. When I'm taking this holy basil, my body knows how to manage stress and anxiety differently. I feel good and sane on it. I seriously don't know what I'd do without it. I've been a full time student during this time and this holy basil has helped me keep my head on straight. Seriously, this is the stuff to have. After a week of taking this I got my first period in 6 months, I wake up feeling energized and no longer feel like I’m in fight or flight mode constantly. I would wake up in the mornings with my body aching and feeling like I have a pit in my stomach and I’m only 20 years old. Just a few days before I started taking this I was extremely emotional, over eating, not able to focus. These are all some symptoms of hormonal imbalance but they have subsided for the most part.I wanted an alternative to birth control to help me fix these issues and I’m glad I chose this product. I feel good, I wake up earlier than before feeling energized and my stress levels are down. 10/10 would recommend

I’m a completely different person just a few days taking this. I take it with breakfast in the morning. I no longer emotionally react to things I used to. I have a “let that ish go” attitude which I have been striving for, for very long. A lot has been thrown my way since starting to take this a few days ago. Not to mention I have quite a stressful job which does not feel as much so anymore. Things that normally would make me cry, get angry, and ruin my day...now, I literally laugh it off and dance in the street. (No seriously, I got stood up on a date last night and stayed at the restaurant, ate beautifully, then danced to the live music in the street by myself.) This stuff will change your life. I literally feel lighter like I walk on a cloud everywhere I go. It sounds crazy but you have to take it and you will see. If you want to become a more calm and peaceful person, this is your sign.
